[CQ-Contest] Voice Keyer Choices?

I'm looking for a voice keyer to use with Dos and Windows based
loging programs (TR, WriteLog, DX4Win), and am curious to know
the differences between the W9XT contest card and DVP. 

Is one better than the other to set up and operate?
