[CQ-Contest] Stew Perry 98 Certificates

        Hi Topbanders:

        In addition to the plaques that are being awarded for the SPDC,
        certificates will be awarded to the winners of each two letter grid
        field in the U.S. In addition, the highest scores in Alaska and Hawaii
        will also be awarded a certificate.

        If that winner has already won a plaque, or submitted a check log as
        NI6T did, for example, then the certificate is awarded to the next 
        highest score in that grid field.

        Next year, each DX continental leader, not covered by a plaque
        category, will be added and awarded a certificate.

        Hopefully, this will stimulate additional activity in this great 
contest.
