Greetings Nocturnal RF Flingers,
      The 4th running of The Stew Perry TopBand DX Challenge, invigorated 
by The Boring Amateur Radio Club, with plaques sponsored by the Players,
operated by the Best Ops (tm) in the spectrum, will occur soon. To refresh
yourself you may either have a cool Beverage, peruse the Dec. 1999

three.

this unique contest as noted below:

The Boring Amateur Radio Club. Simply send the category to me at the
address below. The cost is $50.00 USA currency plus we accept VISA.
     Read the results of last year's Contest in CQ-Contest or at the web
site mentioned above, get excited and get on for the Test Dec 18-19.
