The Mad River Radio Club is pleased to announce that the captain for its
team at WRTC 2000 will be Tim Mitchell, K9TM. For his teammate, Tim has
selected Steve London, N2IC.
Tim has had considerable contest experience from his own station, as well as
as guest operator at stations such as K8CC, KW8N and WB8JBM, and has
operated from the "other end" in 8P, C6A, P4, and VP2E. Steve is very
active from his own station, as well as several multi-operator efforts, and
is an experienced WRTCer as well, having teamed with K6LL in the 1996 event.
We wish them the best of luck in Slovenia!
