[CQ-Contest] Ionospheric heating

I certainly cannot argue with the logic (and physics) presented by Tree
and Tom. If the concept were true, a lot of people were not doing their
job a week and a half ago for the WPX contest. Well maybe some wierdos
were 'cuz some of the propagation was certainly wierd. Actually, the
fact that all of us are active during a contest will show up good
propagation paths, not the other way around. As with "Conspiracy
theorists", they see "coincidence" and yell "conspiracy".
