3 Distance from any commercial activity.
4. No zoning or deed restrictions.
5. No rich neighbors who would be apt to hire lawyers or be lawyers.
6. Flat terrain for optimum and predictable reflection.
7. Adequate space for the number of intended towers/antennas.
