Uh, probably? Perhaps it is a matter of opinion or perhaps it is
quantifiable. I don't believe TRlog shares this characteristic. I believe
TRlog is smarter than CT and NA and has been designed to minimize this
problem.
It would be interesting to me to know if anyone who checks their errors
against tape can say "oh yes, 19% of my errors are caused by this." It
would then be interesting to compare this statistic to the software being
used to log.

I don't like loosening up the accuracy requirements just to compensate for
lazy operating OR software.
