Well, of course not! How can there be? Maybe the sponsor should post a list
of "potential" pals? What if the other station is just a guy you heard on
before, & say "hello" to, & not a friend? Does that count? Maybe the purpose
of this hobby should not to make any friends? Anyway, how the heck do you
even begin to police this??
Look, folks....there is NO way to police spotting. There are local VHF/UHF
packet nets, local VHF/UHF voice nets, many telenets & the ICQ nets on the
internet. Best thing to do is to take away the "assisted" catagory, period.
