I would be more than happy to start a web page to keep track of 
high rates.  Just like the CQ Almanac used to do - it will be 
on the honor system. 

Send me your high rates and I will put them on the web in a few days.
We can keep gathering data as time goes on.

I could see something like:

ARRL DX - DX Side 

CW
Call    Op      Rate    Year    Notes
NP4A    KR0Y    234     1962    15 meters 1900z day 1


SSB
Call    Op      Rate    Year    Notes
VP2E    N5TJ    462     2003    10 meters 


etc.
