For 2004 IARU contest, TM0HQ official station of the French REF Union will
operate from different parts of the F territory, that includes FY, FM/FG (one
should be enough), FR and FP.
I don't think the rules will be bent and that should improve our score, no ?
I think a couple of words should be added to the current IARU rules to
prevent this king of "legal" trick !
