If there were to be any changes/tweaking of he NAQP rules my suggestion
would be to make the teams more regional. I think it's ludicrous for ZF2NT
to be a team member of NCCC. Regional teams would create more competition
and more competition would create more participation. I'm sure there are any
number of Florida teams that would welcome Bruce's score with open arms. I
think all team members be within a 500 mile circle would be a reasonable
starting point.
Just a thought.
