could i get 1.5x the points for cqing on one vfo and working spots on the
other??  what about stations with 2 radios on a band, would they only get
1x the points for the cqing radio and 2x for the s&p radio??

maybe we should give bonus points for the number of spots a station sends
for someone else during a contest, that would give more incentive to guys
to dial around and just spot stuff instead of cluttering up the air with
transmitted signals.
