sharing is good, and it is amazing the information available from watching
world wide spots during a contest.

tell that to w3lpl and the other multis who show up at the top of the list
and make LOTS of spots.

stations that don't know how to handle pileups will be overrun eventually
with or without spots. there were big pileups before packet, now they
just take a bit less time to develop.

to score well while using packet takes more skill than just calling cq.
and what about the arguments last week that sought to limit cqing??? are
you saying we don't cq enough now? so you want us to stop spotting, and
call cq more... very strange, and a very selfish way to operate. maybe
you need to get some more contesting friends and find out what its like to
succeed as a team by helping each other a bit.
