Many stations heard on the air have no legitimate licensees. The ARRL has never in the past addressed this issue and required every station to prove documentation of an amateur radio license. In an age when governments have been providing passports and identity papers for decades, it is a joke for someone now to complain that they must produce documentation as to their legal status. I get it! This thread has been a joke!
