I have and used ICE and W3NQN one piece filter (don't see it advertised now).
The difference is in performance and in one unit vs. separate filters (for 
using it on multi rigs)

If you need just to filter second rig, ICE could do it (all bands in one box).

W3NQN are better filters, with more attenuation and possibility of spreading 
it on monoband rigs.
So you are paying more for better filters and option of breaking it into 
separate single band filters and option of double RX and TX filtering. 
Upcoming www.computeradio.us DR1 rig will have this type of filtering 
integrated.
