I worked TM4A once, and he gave me zone 8. That doesn't appear in the
country list, and I don't have a clue whether he was FM, FG, or FS. Or
maybe I just miscopied. (I really hate these TM/TO prefixes! What's wrong
with using something we can all understand?)
