Hans,
Decisions that folks make in their daily lives can have far
reaching consequences. It would appear that the American
people, in rather large numbers, embrace and want socialism.
I left all decisions about a home to my wife, except that I
would not accept any home that came with CC&R's that
prohibited antennas. If I did have to live with such CC&R's
then I'd still be a contester. By far the single characteristic I
see that is very widespread among such types is a lack of
imagination in tackling the antenna in an effective manner. It
can be done although it may not result in having the antenna
of ones dreams on a tall tower. Surely you don't advocate
that homeowners agreements be overturned or ignored if all
parties at an address were not signatories of such are you?
