I don't subscribe to this. It is not the 0001 minute until the 0000 minute
is complete. Until then it is the 0000 minute. If you make a contact in
the 0000 minute and do not make another until the 0030 minute, then there is
a full 30 minutes between contacts. You are not 1 year old until the 1st
year of your life is complete.
This is akin to what the majority of the world was led into by the hoopla
and hype of the news media that proclaimed the beginning of the year 2000 as
the beginning of the new millenium when in fact it was the LAST year of the
2nd millenium AD. 0000 hours of January 1, 2001 was the beginning of this
millenium.
