Am I the only OM who would like to see the Indiana QSO party scheduled on a
weekend other than Kentucky Derby weekend?
In spite of being in Kentucky, Derby is a HUGE event for many people in
Southern Indiana. My QTH is in Harrison county, In. My workplace is in 4 land.
I'm in broadcasting. I'll be QRV on the broadcast band at 356.9 meters (do the
math!) for about 15 hours on Saturday. Getting into the IQP isn't an option.
Makes me wonder how many others don't participate for this very reason. It's
bad planning in my opinion.
