Stu's proposed change to CQ WPX rules would appear to eliminate the use 
of Club calls in WPX Contests.  I am pretty sure that is not what was 
intended, but this factor needs to be considered if any change is to be 
made.  Perhaps the rule should allow the use of club callsigns by the 
custodian or with the specific authorization of the custodian of the 
club call.
