That's one reason I have long believed that an ALL-Internet Contesting (no
radios/antennas) venue would be a Super-Dooper "Level Playing Field".
Instead of QRP/LP/HP categories, actual connection speeds could be verified for
a new set of Contesting Categories:
DIal-Up
Cable/DSL
T-1
etc., etc.
Kinda hard to cheat with this approach :-)
