You don't need the contest sponsors to judge this for you, you can do  
this yourself!

I know I do. I don't always keep every contest/category memorized,  
but for those few contests I do "seriously", I'm well aware of what  
my personal best scores are -- and I strive to "best" these scores  
each time I have the opportunity.

I've even thought of putting together a web page to track these for  
myself.
