This has been done for iCal, the Apple calendar system. Mac / iCal
users can just subscribe to the calendar and it shows up on the
screen with periodic updates. The downside is that you need someone
to diligently update the master the way WA7BNM does. The owner of the
master calendar on iCal at times is not quite as diligent as we would
like, although he does do a pretty good job.
This seems like another area where a standard method of publishing
contest information would be handy. The first area? Why a standard
contest format/logging/cabrillo document would make contest program
setup much nicer. I'm just happy that we at least have Cabrillo. It's
a step. thanks, Trey!
