That obviously wouldn't inclue a two meter spotting net - or some kind of
frequency that converts "packet" spots to audio for the blind.
BTW - The Stew Perry contest rules mention "packet" thusly:
3. Categories: Single operator or multi-operator. Remote or Cluster
spotting shall not be used.
