You miss my point, Ken.
There's no magic anointment that happens above 11th place or 43rd place or
where-ever. Suggesting that a different standard of "gentlemanly ness" is
needed to play at that level reminds me of inbred Englishmen in red jackets
riding sidesaddle behind hounds --- puffery and posturing.
