[CQ-Contest] Ohio sprint team

In last February's phone sprint there were a total of 2 Ohio Stations listed
in the results.  Let's change that. I'm encouraging all Ohio contesters to
get on and make some q's in tonights phone sprint.  

If you would like to be on a phone sprint team, send me the callsign you
will use in the sprint and I will register a team.   Newbie's and qrp welcome.
