Once again: is there any problem with publishing the individual
operation times in the score lists (without changing anything in maximum
duration or categories)?

Is there some way to automatically calculate operating time? This would infer
that the computer must do it for you without you thinking about it. That way,
it would be calculated the same way for everyone.
If there could be a consensus for how to do that, then the RFSport.com team
(the ones that provide event registration, realtime scoreboards, realtime
line-level log display and an awards system that applies to those that use it)
could easily add that feature to the system.
