The capacitors, especially the ones on the transmitter side 
of the coil, are the limiting factor for power handling. If 
you replace them with snubbers, and double or quadruple the 
mumber of caps, you could stand a chance of handling 200 
watts. For example, replace a 540 pf with two 270 snubbers 
(paralleled) or four 540 snubbers (series/paralleled). Try 
it on 10 meters. If it works on 10, it will most likely work 
on the other bands, too.
