I don't thing that anyone was casting stones or needed to know any more than
what you so nicely posted to the list. In fact, it is commendable that you
took the time to ask and post the answer that you got.
The point was that it would be nice if there was a way that the sponsors could
simply post such information (officially) for all of posterity. I'd bet that
this thread will resurface some time in the future. It would be nice to have a
place for newcomers to go to get the scoop...directly from the sponsor, with
their authority (and provide a sense of organizational memory as adjudicators
within a sponsor's organization change over time).

PS...you really lit a fire for me. I'm checking out the whole remote control
thing myself, wondering how interesting it may be to put a station in CQ Zone
2. Now, to see what the rules for remote operation are in Canada! :) In all
practicality, I'll probably look for a hilltop in FN24 or FN34 to make a few
folks day on VHF. :))
