This one adds support for ARRL Sweepstakes.  It also now initializes one of the
status flags in the CT header the same way CT does.  No one probably cares, but
now the output from B2R10 looks more closely like the .BIN file was created by
CT.

I'll release the final version when I can get the DOS compile working.  I have
to set up Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 (under Windows Vista 64) and install
Windows XP into it.
