Icearea feature of VOACAP by Greg Hand named "ITSHFBC". Google it. You can
get "simpler" software, but this one is the best, and it's free. If you're
less committed, then ask the advice of nearby contesters -- they can put
together a plan for you in a few minutes from memory.

A thousand time NO! ITSHFBC is far too complex for a
beginner to use. Instead consider VE3NEA's HamCAP. It's
an interface which uses ITSHFBC's VOACAP as the computing
engine, but has a much friendlier human interface for beginners.
You must download both VOACAP and HamCAP, but both are free.
