KR2Q: It would appear (unknown to me factually) that the ARRL policy is an
attempt to short-circuit those QSL managers who can't resist sending out a
QSL for a "one-off" callsign, in an attempt to maintain their own program
integrity.
I am glad W9WNV asked for green bucks in 1960's and I quit QSL with YU1PCF
DXCC at 101. QSL.cc and LotW recently.
However, now I can see an entirely different angle of QSL MANAGER reminding
me on banking adds on greatest return on investment. I was only aware of
people using different callsigns in order to help friends DXCC standing.
I support open logs but I remember that long ago K1VR had some good legal
arguments against it.
