I would say that the asker (N2MM) should have called you on 15 meters.

A related question, which isn't as clear is "how should N2MM call you" ?  
Should 
he specifically call you (i.e. K3KU de N2MM), or should he call CQ and, 
hopefully, you will answer ? My preference is that he should specifically call 
you, so you don't have to wait if someone else answers his CQ. After all, you 
are doing him a favor by QSYing.
