And there were actually some that were legal, once Bill Porter (K1YPE) got 
there as Deputy Ambassador and interceded with the South Vietnamese 
authorities.  Fred, K3ZO has told the story at length in an article for the 
PVRC Newsletter - I will see if I can find the URL.
