[CQ-Contest] Another new feature of WCSD

I forgot to mention that if you (or your site) enters a link in the format 
http://www.conteststations.com/ASP/wcsd_display_from_call.asp?call=nf4l , 
it will go straight to the listing for the specified call.  Note there are 
underlines between the words in the ASP filename.
