A limited time (<=24 hr) category would certainly motivate me to operate during 
CQWW, WPX, and ARRL DX. I currently do not operate those contests at all 
(except for an occasional hour or two) because I can't get 48 hours (or even 
36) free. That might give some more DX stations the MS mult in ARRLDX...

Time is reason I currently operate only the Sprint, NAQP, SS, and IARU 
seriously.

Just listing operating times will not motivate people.
