Now a volunteer with sufficient knowledge in this field can use this data and
make "Distance Based Top Scores" listings for CQWW Contests between 2006 -
2008.
It will be extremely interesting to see how these alternative results will
compare to formal Top Scores listings made under "1/3 pts" rule ?

There has been quite a bit of discussion about CQWW scoring. If the
community finds it helpful, here is a database containing 3 years of the CQWW
CW contest (2006-2008). It contains all of the submitted logs 10 million +
QSO's. The file is compressed and not as big as one would think.
