Well that might depend on how the log-checking process handles number
mismatches. If I work you, and you give me a non-cut number, but I
copy it incorrectly, you generally shouldn't lose credit for the QSO,
but I should, of course. By that logic, the guy giving out cut numbers
would still get credit for the Qs, even if I don't know how to
interpret them correctly.

I wonder how ARRL and CQ actually handle cases where people log
exactly what they receive - i.e. "JTT" in this case. Anyone know?
