I think there could be different types of clubs.  Local, regional, 
country based and unlimited.  Local and regional would have distance 
requirements country based would be in the country and unlimited could 
include anyone.

We are in the age where meetings are held over the internet.  I see no 
reason to require people to physically meet in this day and age.  It 
they want to great.  Dinners and lunches are great so are webinars.

CQ already allows club members who travel to dx locations to count for 
the club right?
