You wouldn't put US in the category. They should get that from your
address/call info.

Here's the start of my log generated by N1MM with the 1st QSO record.
All our info is public so there's nothing below that isn't available
in a 30 second search.

START-OF-LOG: 2.0
ARRL-SECTION: NNJ
CALLSIGN: K2DSL
CLUB: Bergen ARA
CONTEST: CQ-WPX-SSB
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP-ASSISTED ALL LOW SSB
CATEGORY-OVERLAY: TB-WIRES
CLAIMED-SCORE: 669292
OPERATORS: K2DSL
NAME: David Levine
ADDRESS: 11 Mackay Avenue
ADDRESS: Waldwick, NJ 07463
ADDRESS: USA
CREATED-BY: N1MM Logger V12.2.0
QSO: 14171 PH 2012-03-24 0001 K2DSL 59 0001 K5ER 59 0001

You'd want the same category as I have if you worked Single Op All
Band Low Power Assisted.
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP-ASSISTED ALL LOW SSB

If you also only had a tribander and wires or just a tribander or just
wires, you can add in the following if you want to put yourself in
that category:
CATEGORY-OVERLAY: TB-WIRES

K2DSL - David
