Like any technological tool, the Reverse Beacon Network must be used 
properly to be effective.  Proper use requires the techniques as 
traditional packet, which is subject to exactly the same clumping 
phenomenon.  We're simply putting out 20X as many spots, with higher 
copying accuracy and an absence of annoying "announcements."
