Yellow Card: altering of QSO log times to conform with the 10-minute
multi-signal rule: RU1A.

Red Card: II9P (I4AVG, I4VEQ, IT9AUG, IT9CHU, IT9CJC, IT9EQO, IT9GSF,
IT9PKO, IV3YYK, ON4LG, S52RU) ? time changes.

It seems to me that for some people rubber clocking is yellow card and for
others it's a red card.

Fabio, if it will make you feel any better, many guys missed WRTC for
marginal rubber clocking. Some of the rubber clockers even won WRTC.
Welcome to the club :-)
