There will never be 100% justice in any regional split.
There will always be good guys left outside the competition.
There will always be less qualified guys inside the competition
BUT
WRTC as I saw it in 2010 here in Moscow, was a magnificent collection of
the best contesters I could imagine and if I ever get the chance to
participate in such an event as competitor, I will for sure be very proud
to be a member of such a group of great contesters and most of all of
excellent people!
For sure we have some contesters of the same class or even better staying
at home, but that is the decision of theirs. Any top notch contester had a
chance to qualify. As Randy said, qualification rules were clear and with
good planning, endurance and determination, ANY good operator had the
chance to be elected.
