Seems good to me. I would even have left the recording stuff inside but
just have clarified that the CC would request it *before* the contest
(like with a visit from an observer). Would only need clarification of
what "before" means, i.e. 2 days (certainly not enough) or 2 or 3 weeks,
etc. ;-)
