As K9NW correctly stated, there is a ton of CQWW DX log data available.  Use it 
and make a concrete proposal.  Show us the merits.  Otherwise it's just noise.

If you really feel W1 is the place to be for CQWW, there are remote stations 
coming on line each year.  Rent one!  Or make friends with someone in New 
England and borrow their station.  But these things require effort.  QSYing now 
to something productive.
