Well, discussion is surely not useless if there is a rule that creates
confusion and that the organizers have not been enforcing.

We would surely welcome a clear statement by the organizers that as a minimum
those QSOs in forbidden segments WILL be removed from the logs and repetitive
intentional violation WILL lead to DQ.

Dear friends.

This discussion is absolutely useless. The rules say and MEAN do not use these
areas. Full stop!

If yo do so you are in danger of penalties or DQs.

Last year we did not investigate this or did not DQ anyone and we have reason
for that. No guarantee it is the same this year.

Just read and play by the rules and you are fine.
