Barry, try the three hour-long CWOPS sessions on Wednesdays. http://www.cwops.org/cwt.html There's some DX but it's mostly domestic. It's my "real on the air rate thrill" and most hours I can do between 110 and 130 Q's on a single radio HP. The super SO2R guys often can get upwards of 180.
