Isn't being spotted by the RBN 'assisted'?

People say that, "I never use the cluster", but they are being helped by it
when they get spotted.  All the same as far as I can see - no 'unassisted'
category any more.

If you really want to be 'unassisted', tell the RBN and other clusters not
to spot you  73
