Insights:
* USA/VE, Australia and SA operators took great advantage of the improved
conditions on 21/10 MHz in 2011-2015 than z 16 (EU Russia)
* Operators from zones 23 and 24 (notably, China) showed steady increase in QSO
numbers. In 2016 they made 42% more contacts than in 2007, closely followed by
Australia (z 29, 30). In comparison, West EU (14) made 3.2% less QSOs, same as
USA/VE (z 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
