I lost an AMD radeon HD4850 to Windows 10 as well. This is partially
Microsoft's fault but also AMD's unwillingness to update the driver
for Windows 10.
Eventually the latest creators' update forced my resolution down to
1024x768, so I was forced to buy a new video card. I got one with an
nVidia chipset this time.
